Finding a solution for tight hamstrings can change your life!  Our 3 hamstring muscles tighten through daily activity, training and sitting.  By performing the Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) hamstring series, your hamstring flexibility will improve immediately.  When AIS is performed consistently, tight hamstrings will fire up and lengthen with efficiency.  You'll feel better than ever!

We have 3 hamstring muscles that are specifically targeted with 6 hamstring stretches.  All you need is a mat, a yoga strap or heavy-duty rope and the willingness to learn the series. By holding each stretch for a maximum of 2 seconds, you stay within your body's stretch reflex mechanism (your body signals a stretched muscle to contract after 1 1/2 to 2 seconds).  Perform the stretches on your back and your hamstrings will open more effectively because they are not being used to stabilize and support the body.
